Supervisor Training module (2 hrs) specifically instructs supervisors to identify, document and address employee performance issues that could be an indication of drug and alcohol related problems. Easy Implementation

 We’ve almost made it too easy to implement this new service. Within minutes of receiving an order licenses can be activated and ready for use online. Each license allows training for one person and expires 12 months from its setup date. This helps you utilize the license(s) in a time efficient manner, and provides flexibility for their use.

System Requirements for AWARE Training are very simple and very few. All that’s needed is a simple internet connection. The training is not video intensive allowing clients with slow internet connections to effectively train as needed. There is absolutely no software to install on your or your clients computers making implementation a breeze. Aware Training is effective with or without audio.

Off-site data back up and back up power generation is provided to ensuring the training is available 24/7/365.



The Modules: Employee and/or Supervisor Trainings:

  1. Drug Testing: This module teaches employees and supervisors about drugs in the workplace and the drug testing process, from specimen collection through the medical review of results.

  2. Alcohol Testing: The alcohol-testing module trains employees and supervisors about the risks of alcohol abuse at work as well as their detection and prevention. The module also covers the role of the substance abuse professional in counseling.

  3. Employee Awareness Training: This provides employees with a basic understanding of the problems associated with drug and alcohol use and the impacts of that use on the workplace. Employees learn what is typically acceptable and what is not. They learn when to say “When” and why to say “No.”

  4. The Supervisor’s Role: Our final module focuses on how supervisors can improve the productivity of their employees. It educates supervisors about how to recognize and appropriately document the behavior of employees. They can recognize suspicious or telling symptoms of drug or alcohol related problems and deal with them in an appropriate and timely manner. (Supervisors take all four modules)

Administrator’s View: Provided for facilitators of the AWARE Training is a separate administrator access. Simple and user-friendly, this managerial view of AWARE will keep your clients organized and ready to deal with their training needs quickly and easily.

License Information: Simple charts display license status and history. In this view you can monitor how many employee and supervisor licenses have been used, how many are left, and when the licenses will expire. Corresponding passwords are shown in this view as well.

Test Status: Check on training progress with the Status of Test chart. Clients can follow each user’s advancement through the training. Also, see completed trainings by accessing the ‘Who Completed Tests’ page.

User Information: Administrators can access all necessary user information to assist their trainees. They can change or look up forgotten passwords.
